They say first impressions are the ones that last! Absolutely excellent!! Beautiful office, friendly staff and Dr. Archie made you feel comfortable! This was my husband's visit, but I can't wait for my turn to sit in the dentist chair! (I never thought I'd say that about seeing a dentist!) They really seem to care!!

The staff were very nice and the service was good. The only thing I didn't care for and found a little odd and inconvenient was the fact that once admitted to the back I had to go back to front of the office to pay before they started the procedure versus paying after completion of service.

During my first visit to the dentist, I arrived 15 minutes early for my 9:00 am appointment and found another patient already waiting. Unfortunately, there was no one to greet me initially, but someone eventually arrived at 9:00 to welcome both of us. I was called back at 9:15 and found the dental hygienist, LaTrice, to be very sweet and personable. However, my experience with Dr. Arch was less welcoming. He did not introduce himself or acknowledge me, and he didn't provide much feedback about my teeth. On a positive note, I found Carmen and Jaunatta to be professional and personable, and they provided me with the information I needed. I am currently considering whether I want to continue with this dentist based on my experience.

(Updated) The office was clean and they seemed to have the latest in technology equipment. The office staff and hygienist was phenomenal. However, the dentist was lacking in bedside manner. Best experience I’ve had with a dentist office. The hygienist was professional and patiently explained each step to me. The front office staff was super friendly and helpful with setting up the appointment. Best of all, they didn’t do what most dental offices do…they explained something not covered by my insurance and asked permission to authorize and proceed with the additional services. Other dentists do the work and then demand payment in an extortion-like scheme. The friendliness, professionalism, and INTEGRITY of Arch Dental made me a permanent patient. My next cleaning for six months from now is already scheduled and my wife is setting up her appointment now. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionist. My waiting room was very pleasant and waiting time according to my appointment was appreciated. On arrival in the room for cleaning the worker was nice and friendly. She explained every procedure that took place. Thanks for a good start of my day.

First, when I walked in, everything looked and smelled clean. The attendants at the front counter were extremely nice. My appt. Was at 2:00pm and I was seen at 2:05pm (awesome). Dr. Dent and his dental assistant were very personable and thorough. All in all, excellent experience!!!

I am a service connected veteran that had "NO" photos of me smiling for over 25 years, my experience of missing teeth started long time ago. As many of you know, missing teeth affects your meat and physical well bey, I simply couldn't enjoy a good meal and never take a photo with a smile. A wonder thing happen almost 1 1/2 years ago, I was sent to Arch Dental in Stockbridge GA by Mr VA dental provider and the rest is not history but feature. Originally had an appt for 9/5/23 as a new patient, had a tooth cracked approx. 2 weeks before the 9/5 appt and called to see if I could get in the day of the cracked tooth happen and well before the 9/5 appt. Unfortunately, was told no but I could get an earlier appt for 8/30. I get there and was pleasantly surprised at the welcome and understanding of my situation and was prep'd and the tooth pulled within one hour. Additionally, the staff from the bottom up were so friendly and sympathetic to my situation as well as the pain I was feeling,which was unexpected. In fact, it turns out that the office was much further from my house than 8 thought due to their offices relocating approx 10 miles from their original office location that is still reporting on my provider website and I was planning to change to an dentist office my closer to my home giving the traffic nightmare but after meeting the staff and the doctor, I've decided the experience was a blessing in disguise and have decided to make that dentist office my permanent dentist and will be advising my wife and demanding my kids go to them for all near and future dentist treatment. And lastly, they made sure I understood my billing cost up-front! Yup, I love the office and I didn't feel a thing after they numbed me uo.....lol!

I love the dentist that helped clean my teeth and she was really knowledgeable in explaining my tooth issues and since I was pregnant she was gentle with me while cleaning my teeth, boy it being almost 4-5yr since I cleaned my teeth and it felt good going back to my old routine, my swollen gum is feeling less tense now for almost 2month managing the pain that refuses to go away.

The best dentist office I ever been to in my life. Great hospitality, everyone makes you feel very comfortable. All the equipment was brand new. Assistants are on top of all your needs. The staff at Arch Dental welcomed me like I was their most important client. I didn't have to wait long and the dental technicians were awesome. I have a small mouth so they took extra time taking x-rays which was a blessing. I had a lot of emergency dental work to be done, Dr. Archie made sure that I left his office with the best care that he and his staff could provide. I had broken a crown that couldn't be saved so now I require a bridge. My temporary bridge looks great I can only imagine how great the permanent bridge will look. Best dental experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Tiffany was so sweet and instructive. She put on music and lowered lights to help ease any anxiety I was feeling and showed me exactly what was going on with my teeth. Before I patron any business I research who is the owner is and what kind of character does that person exhibits. Dr. Archie is a very good person. He will answer in detail all of your concerns and ease all of the fears that are associated with coming the dentist. His staff is very professional and warm. I did read all of the reviews that were given but I wasn't influence by any of them. That's why I had to come in and experience for myself and I didn't leave disappointed. Scared? Don't worry, Dr. Archie will allay your fears! A childhood experience with a dentist left me with PTSD regarding treatment but I had a tooth that HAD to be pulled. I was referred to Dr. Archie but was still hesitant. After no longer having a choice, I took a chance and was glad I did! Dr. Archie talked to me about menial things during the procedure and before I knew it, the tooth was out! Great experience and I recommend highly. Clean facility and easily accessible.

I had to have a tooth extracted and was petrified but guess what, I didn’t feel the shot nor did I feel the extraction. I didn’t even know he was done. That did it for me, this is MY dental clinic. I've been a patient of Dr. Archie's for 2 years now and I must say, as a person who has a fear of dentist, he eased all my fears. He has a very gentle and caring touch. Takes time with you to explain everything and to listen to your concerns. When getting shots with Dr. Archie, when he says it's a small pinch, it really is. There is never a long wait to be seen in this office either. I have never waited more then 5 minutes. His support staff and hygienist are wonderful.
